I used to be obsessed having a flat belly and would spend hours in my abs workouts but I was never getting the results I wanted. I had abs but my stomach wasn’t flat enough, it would drive me crazy.
So when I decided to drink ONLY water and tea, and banned all the sodas and shitty drinks full of sugar, I finally saw a difference. Now, I still workout for my abs but not as crazy as I used to, and I do much more cardio even if I hate it 😝
